Job Summary

To enhance the customer experience, the full-time Manager of Services Advisors will manage a team that scopes training, consulting, and technical assistance engagements, focusing on accuracy and continuous improvement while working in a predominantly remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Services Advisors, driving performance and continuous improvement in scoping services engagements
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools to automate processes and enhance the scoping and estimating workflow
  • Present scope of work and timelines directly to customers, supporting Sales in closing deals as needed
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, or professional services role
  • Experience as a people leader with a track record of driving innovation within a team
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI tools to improve workflows
  • Experience with APIs, database technology, and integration strategy
  • Exceptional speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
