Job Summary
Managing a team of Services Advisors, the full-time Manager of Services Advisors will oversee scoping for training, consulting, and technical assistance engagements, while driving performance and continuous improvement in a predominantly remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Services Advisors to enhance service engagement scoping accuracy and performance
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools to automate processes and improve efficiency in scoping and estimating
- Present scope of work and timelines to customers, collaborating closely with Sales to support deal closures
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, or professional services role
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and driving team results
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI tools to enhance workflows
- Experience with APIs, database technology, and integration strategies
- Exceptional presentation and technical writing skills
