Job Summary
Managing a team of Services Advisors, the full-time Manager of Services Advisors will oversee scoping training, consulting, and technical assistance engagements, focusing on automation and continuous improvement in a predominantly remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Services Advisors team to enhance performance and accuracy in scoping services engagements
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve scoping and estimating processes
- Present scope of work and timelines directly to customers and collaborate with Sales to identify new service opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, or professional services role
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on providing feedback and coaching for team improvement
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI tools to enhance workflows
- Experience with APIs, database technology, and integration strategies
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, along with strong technical writing abilities
