Manager of Site Budgets

Job Summary

To support clinical study startup, the remote contract Manager of Site Budgets will oversee site budget development, negotiate clinical trial agreements, and ensure timely execution of contracts across global study sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop standard site budget templates and oversee budget negotiations with CROs and sites
• Partner with CROs and Legal to create and track clinical trial agreements, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Deliver exceptional customer service to sites, PIs, CROs, and internal teams while identifying process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma, including 3+ years negotiating site budgets and CTAs for global late phase studies
• Deep understanding of site budget structure, cost drivers, and negotiation sticking points
• Strong knowledge of CTA terms, legal language, and fair market value principles
• Experience with trial cost benchmarking software
