Job Summary

To enhance clinical trial success, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy UK will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring effective site engagement and performance throughout the trial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring awareness and optimization of services
• Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive portal usage and site satisfaction
• Monitor site utilization during trials, proactively addressing issues and fostering long-term relationships with clinical sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
• Fluency in English and French and/or Italian (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
