Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - SMB Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of SMB Sales Engineers
• Optimize SMB operational workflows and improve the end-to-end quote-to-cash process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Construction, and Network Operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, construction, and operations
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• FTTH telecom service provider experience required
• Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
