• Deliver digital connections with North America Surface Transportation Partners using B2B and Navisphere Platforms
• Train, mentor, and develop a collaborative team of Integration Technology Business Analysts
• Manage special projects and communicate the team's work to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience within information technology
• Experience with standard data exchange formats and File Translation
• Experience integrating B2B with external trading partners
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED
• Experience formally leading a team and managing complex large-scale solutions
