Job Summary

To support the Journey Orchestration team, the full-time remote Manager of Software Development will lead and empower a diverse team of engineers, focusing on building scalable software solutions and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers to deliver world-class software
• Establish and refine engineering best practices and development standards while partnering with cross-functional teams
• Support team members' career growth through feedback, mentoring, and development planning

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of people management or software development leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms or similar web-based businesses
• Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering scalable software solutions
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Node.js
• Experience in building and operating microservice-based applications
