Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team focused on site reliability engineering in the energy technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of Site Reliability Engineers, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews
• Develop strategies to improve service reliability and oversee incident management and response efforts
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate reliability best practices into the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• At least 24 months of managerial experience in Site Reliability Engineering within energy technology or cleantech
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and monitoring tools
