A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (.NET & Salesforce) to lead a cross-functional engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams focused on Salesforce and .NET applications, providing technical mentorship and overseeing code reviews
Champion Agile methodologies and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
Coach and develop engineering talent while contributing to long-term architectural planning and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in Salesforce and .NET development
3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset and Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and deep experience with .NET technologies
