Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience with leadership in large projects
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience designing workflows using Pega capabilities
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience mentoring teams
• Ability to manage complex project scopes and mitigate risks effectively
