Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of early career Presales Solution Consultants to enhance demonstration proficiency
• Define and refine the Demo Hub program and manage the creation and execution of demonstration capabilities
• Collaborate with Marketing and SC leadership to generate pipeline and manage a video asset library for functional demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Strong pre-sales experience as both an individual contributor and leader
• Thought leadership in storytelling techniques with software
• Ability to coach and develop team members at various career stages
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the business value of the platform
