A company is looking for a Manager of Solution Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of early career Presales Solution Consultants to enhance demonstration proficiency across product groups
• Define and refine the Demo Hub program and manage the creation and use of demonstration capabilities
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to develop pipeline generation capabilities and manage a video asset library for functional demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Strong pre-sales experience as a contributor and leader
• Thought leadership in storytelling techniques with software
• Ability to coach and develop both early-in-career and senior contributors
• Strong understanding of sales processes and business value related to the platform
