Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Solutions Consultants across geographically distributed locations
• Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including revenue growth and implementation time-to-value
• Foster cross-functional alignment between Solutions Consulting, field sales, and product teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a management role
• Experience in a revenue-generating or client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, particularly in advertising technology or B2B solutions
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving business metrics
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
