Job Summary
Leading a team of Solution Consultants, the full-time Manager of Solution Consulting will coach and support team performance, partner with Account Executives on deals, and engage in customer interactions to drive successful pre-sales experiences in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and support a team of Solution Consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Partner closely with Account Executives on active deals to ensure strong solution alignment and execution
- Monitor team activity and performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking action
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales or solution consulting
- 1-2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the role of Solution Consulting in driving revenue
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to articulate product capabilities
- Experience in recruitment or recruitment technology is a plus, but not required
