Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and evolve a high-performing engineering organization and establish clear team structures
Define and operationalize quarterly and annual OKRs aligned to Technical Advisory strategy
Own the multi-quarter Solution Engineering roadmap and improve time-to-productization and operational maturity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
7+ years of progressive people leadership experience
Proven experience operating at an organizational leadership level
Strong background in full-stack engineering, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
