Manager of Solution Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Solution Engineering to lead and inspire a team of Sales Engineers while driving technical excellence and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track key performance indicators, coaching the team to meet and exceed targets
• Lead daily operations of the Solution Engineering team, ensuring accountability and high performance
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members through feedback and ongoing coaching

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solution Engineering leadership experience or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or other major public cloud platforms
• Experience with FinOps and Kubernetes is a strong advantage
• Proven experience managing high-performing technical or pre-sales teams
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to drive results
