Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering - Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Enterprise and Strategic sales
  • Partner with Sales to enhance technical discovery and qualification in complex sales cycles
  • Build scalable pre-sales processes to achieve technical wins in multi-stakeholder environments
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS in a Senior Solutions Engineering role, with 3+ years of management experience
  • Proven success in high-complexity, regulated, or security-focused sales motions
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders
  • Experience scaling Solutions Engineering functions in fast-growth environments
  • Background in security, compliance, infrastructure, or developer tools is a bonus
