Manager of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers to deliver connected BIM and ALM solutions to state government owners
• Serve as a trusted advisor to owner clients, guiding them through BIM adoption and implementation of connected digital workflows
• Architect and communicate cross-platform workflows integrating various tools and lead the creation of reusable tools and templates for project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure or construction technology, with a strong understanding of BIM and CDE platforms
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical teams in pre-sales or solutions engineering roles
• Proven expertise with Trimble Connect, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms
• Deep knowledge of public owner needs, including DOTs and capital project stakeholders
