Manager of Solutions Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the West region, responsible for leading a team of Solution Engineers and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Presales Solution Engineers
• Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to drive customer programs and adoption initiatives
• Ensure customer requirements are met by partnering with Product Management and Engineering

Required Qualifications

• Located on the West Coast of the United States
• 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role
• 7-10 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including roles such as Developer or Sales Engineer
• Proven track record of mentoring and managing team performance
• Experience with open-source selling or cloud-first sales methodologies is a plus
