Manager of Special Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the planning, designing, implementing, and reviewing phases of assigned special projects
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and develop relationships with stakeholders to understand their processes and pain points
• Oversee project execution, including budget management, milestone delivery, and stakeholder negotiations

Required Qualifications

• University degree in business, management, finance, or accountancy
• 4-5 years of managerial experience in a non-profit or development organization
• 4-5 years of experience in data management, project financial reporting, and analysis
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and form partnerships with diverse stakeholders
• Substantial experience in project management and familiarity with project management frameworks
