Manager of Statistical Programming

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Statistical Programming responsible for overseeing the statistical programming team and providing project leadership for clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine project resourcing needs and manage programming plans
• Develop and maintain programming specifications and create submission-ready SDTM and ADaM datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or equivalent IT consulting role
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical trial methodologies
• Experience with SAS programming and related tools in the pharmaceutical industry
