Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Statistical Reporting (Compliance).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts to ensure accurate and timely statistical reporting for compliance
• Oversee the preparation and submission of statistical filings to regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with business units to align processes with regulations and assist with regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance compliance focused on statistical reporting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in people and project management
• Advanced proficiency with ISO statistical reporting and state data calls
• Certifications such as CPCU, AINS, or ARC preferred
