Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Store Labor Optimization (REMOTE).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute labor strategy to maximize labor dollars and drive sales efficiency
Collaborate with the Peer WFM Manager on labor tool inputs and outputs
Manage a team of Labor Analysts, overseeing staffing and performance management

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on finance or business
5 years of experience in financial analytics, with at least 3 years in retail/labor operational analytics preferred
Experience with labor allocation in a large retail environment is strongly preferred
Strong experience with Kronos, Zebra/Reflexis, and SAP Finance is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WFM tools, and Business Objects or similar tools
