Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Strategic Change Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Enterprise Change Enablement Team, establishing high performance and clarity in goals
  • Manage and evolve change enablement tools and technologies while fostering a collaborative community of Change Consultants
  • Drive the adoption of common change management processes and ensure integration into large-scale programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience leading complex change programs
  • 5+ years in a consulting or change management leadership role
  • Experience managing teams of five or more in a matrixed environment
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
