Manager of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial and operational analysis requests
• Oversee the finance department's operations, including process enhancements and supervision of junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field
• Experience with NetSuite or similar finance technology platforms preferred
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite products
