Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in project management and 3 years managing large-scale projects
• Ability to inspire and lead teams, with strong decision-making and time-management skills
• Experience in change management and ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated skills in mentoring, organizing, and managing multiple complex tasks
