Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives remotely, the full-time Manager of Strategic Initiatives will bridge high-level vision with practical business deployment, manage cross-functional collaboration, and create executive presentations for leadership updates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to drive and track strategic initiatives and M&A efforts, identifying risks and blockers
• Build business cases by aligning with Finance and business owners on pilot programs and success metrics while tracking ROI
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows and update processes to leverage AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Execution or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and develop executive presentations
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis, distilling data into actionable insights
• Strong financial and business acumen with exceptional time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace; Think-Cell experience preferred
