Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives and M&A activities, the full-time remote Manager of Strategic Initiatives will manage cross-functional collaboration, execute business cases, and develop executive presentations to ensure effective deployment of business lines and alignment with corporate vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and track strategic initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build and execute business cases in partnership with Finance and business owners to align on pilot programs and track ROI
• Lead multidisciplinary execution by coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows and operating models

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Execution, Operations, or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment
• Proven track record of executing cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to delivery
• Experience in developing executive and board presentations that articulate execution roadmaps and delivery metrics
• Strong financial, business, and operational acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace; Think-Cell experience preferred
