Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Manager of Strategic Initiatives will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop frameworks for payor contracting, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and manage key payor contracting initiatives while developing KPIs and dashboards
• Identify revenue opportunities and challenges, presenting insights and industry trends to senior leadership
• Collaborate with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to support payor contracting strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, or project management
• PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
