Manager of Strategic Investment Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Value & Investment Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead complex financial modeling to assess the impact of UM and affordability strategies
• Represent the UM department in financial workstreams and ensure alignment with corporate savings pipelines
• Establish relationships with Medical Economics and Data Science teams to track ROI and monitor performance of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, financial strategic analysis, or healthcare corporate strategy
• 3+ years of experience in delivering projects or programs
• Strong understanding of the ACA business model and its impact on Risk Adjustment and Medical Loss Ratio (MLR)
• 3+ years of expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis
• Healthcare experience in health insurance, health systems, or healthcare consulting
