Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain internal systems and operational playbooks to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Oversee technology operations, including employee access and vendor management, ensuring efficient technology system management
• Coordinate financial operations, including budget monitoring and expense oversight, to maintain financial alignment across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Operations or a similar high-level operational support role
• Experience with software implementations and organizational change management
• Comfort with accounting, budget tracking, and related platforms
• 2+ years of experience within a Series A or Series B stage company preferred
