Job Summary

To grow the healthcare staffing marketplace, the full-time Manager of Strategic Partnerships will identify, build, and manage high-impact relationships with organizations across the healthcare ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with organizations in the healthcare operator ecosystem
• Oversee the partnership lifecycle from sourcing potential partners to tracking performance post-launch
• Create partnership models that generate mutual value, including referrals and co-marketing arrangements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields
• Existing relationships in healthcare services, real estate, or technology industries
• Experience in sourcing, structuring, and managing commercial relationships
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build functions or channels from the ground up
• Proven ability to build trust with senior external stakeholders while achieving measurable outcomes
