Manager of Strategic Planning

Job Summary

To support the AENB Strategic Planning Team, the full-time Manager of Strategic Planning will develop the annual strategic plan, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while collaborating across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all products and initiatives align with customer commitments, bank policies, and regulatory requirements
• Execute a comprehensive roadmap for the strategic planning process across various business units
• Identify risks and issues, monitor progress, and provide updates to leadership on project status and challenges

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning or related fields
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on organizational effectiveness
• Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
