Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Strategy and Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution by partnering with leadership to translate growth strategies into actionable plans
• Lead and empower a team of business analytics consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Design and scale innovative data sales and analytics programs while serving as the primary liaison with IT for data capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, sourcing, or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supply chain, and healthcare economics
• Experience with advanced analytics and data platforms (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, Tableau)
• Proven ability to build consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives
