Job Summary

Supporting agency and client accounts, the remote Manager of Strategy and Analytics will manage strategic recommendations, utilize research tools to interpret cultural trends, and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with teams to align strategic recommendations with client priorities and brand objectives
  • Utilize research and analytics tools to gather insights on market trends and audience behaviors for campaign narratives
  • Assist in executing strategic plans across influencer campaigns and interpret campaign performance
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in influencer, media, digital, or brand strategy, preferably in agency or consultancy settings
  • Strong understanding of the creator/influencer landscape and consumer mindset
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and social media management tools
  • Proactive with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience in insights tools and resources such as GWI, Demographics Pro, and eMarketer
