Manager of Strategy and Business Development

Job Summary

Driving the definition, execution, and communication of strategic priorities, the full-time remote Manager of Strategy and Business Development will manage the annual strategic planning process, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and present strategies to stakeholders while ensuring alignment on key objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the annual strategic planning process to align on strategic objectives and initiatives
• Drive accountability across strategic initiatives, contributing to revenue-generating opportunities
• Communicate strategy through presentations to investors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability

Required qualifications:

• BA or BS undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; MBA is optional
• 3 - 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic planning in consumer-facing industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Suite
