Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic problem solving, new product development, or management consulting
• 5+ years of demonstrated organizational skills, including project management experience
• 5+ years supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
