Job Summary

Manager of Strategy and M&A, this full-time remote position involves serving as the primary escalation point for complex service requests, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities through market research and financial analysis
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal stakeholders to support decision-making
• Coordinate and track integration progress across multiple functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Strategy/M&A roles
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
• Experience with project management tools and platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based tools
