Manager of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategy and Operations to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operating rhythm, strategic initiatives, OKRs, and key performance metrics
• Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple portfolios while managing risks and resource constraints
• Foster team health and performance through assessments and action plans for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or portfolio management roles
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives in a tech, SaaS, or agile environment
• Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and KPI tracking
• Proficiency with operational tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Asana
• Experience creating documentation and training materials for internal enablement
