Manager of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide program management and analytical support for cross-functional initiatives related to M&A, GTM acceleration, and business transformation
• Drive department-level initiative prioritization and execution within GTM and Operations
• Design and manage operating cadences to enhance transparency and accountability for top-priority programs

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Operations, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, or Consulting, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
• Prior exposure to M&A, integration, or transformation work is a strong plus
• Experience leading annual planning, OKRs, or company operating rhythms
• Familiarity with planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Salesforce)
