Manager of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of Program Managers, the full-time Manager of Strategy and Operations will oversee critical initiatives related to Payments Risk, Content Risk, CDD, EDD, and Tooling, while serving as a strategic partner to leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee program management for Trust & Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate compliance priorities into operational programs and establish effective performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a people management role
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience working closely with Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Policy functions
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance operational efficiency and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to technology platforms, such as GDPR or CCPA
