Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Student Account Services who will oversee student account functions and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring service excellence through training and performance management
• Oversee student accounts processes, including tuition posting, accounts receivable, and collections
• Conduct audits and manage internal and external systems related to student accounts and billing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum three years of experience with student accounts processes and managing collections
• Three years of experience supervising a team of five or more
• Experience with Title IV reconciliations
• Preferred experience with Anthology Student or Campus Nexus and CashNet
