Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in Healthcare
• Proficiency in developing marketing plans focused on conversion metrics
• Experience using HubSpot and other automation tools
• Highly organized and systems-oriented
• Motivated by expanding access to meaningful work
