Manager of Study Delivery Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Study Delivery Resource Management (SDRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end study delivery resourcing across clinical programs and countries
• Manage resource allocations, prioritizing competing demands and collaborating with stakeholders
• Oversee Full-Service Provider (FSP) quality and support recruitment and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of clinical execution experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of clinical execution experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of clinical execution experience
• 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, including 3+ years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and operations
• Experience working with or overseeing external vendors and service providers
• Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
