Manager of Subscription Compliance

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Subscription Services and Market Operations, the full-time Manager of Subscription Compliance will manage utility partnerships, oversee subscription sizing and enrollment, and ensure compliance across various projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to program, contract, and internal policies for subscription sizing and allocation management, focusing on timely utility submissions and compliance in specific states
• Monitor project fill rates and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain optimal fill rates while performing routine analysis on credits produced and allocated
• Build relationships with utility representatives to ensure accurate community solar subscriptions and bill crediting while driving timely revenue recognition

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Math, Science, Environmental Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in an energy-related role, preferably in Community Solar or Renewable Energy
• Above average proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven track record of strong cross-team collaboration
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
