Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Success Operations to serve as a strategic partner and operational builder for their Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop operational strategies to maximize impact on revenue, activation, and retention
  • Own headcount and capacity forecasting models for staffing plans and budget requirements
  • Deploy AI automation and optimize tech stack to enhance agent efficiency and scale workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Customer Success Ops, Marketplace Ops, Revenue Ops, BizOps, or similar roles
  • Experience in a marketplace, gig economy platform, or fast-moving consumer or SMB ecosystem
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with tools and workflows across Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, or similar systems
  • Proven success in leading teams of operators or analysts across product and GTM
