Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers across multiple experience levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability
• Manage relationships with cross-functional partners and ensure 24/7 availability of production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of people management experience in SaaS or high-availability environments
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
• Expertise in Linux-based systems administration and familiarity with public cloud platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
