Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineering Lead to manage a team of systems engineers and ensure high performance in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers across various experience levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability
• Manage relationships with cross-functional partners and oversee major incident response efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of people management experience in a SaaS or high-availability environment
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles
• Expertise in Linux-based systems administration and understanding of SaaS architecture
• Experience with public cloud platforms and automation tools
