Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Technical Account Managers to resolve customer challenges, develop partnerships, and meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and improve product supportability
  • Hire, onboard, and provide coaching for team members while tracking key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of IT experience, cybersecurity background preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience in technical customer success
  • Experience in managing customer escalations and fostering internal relationships
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
